Our founder is Latifah Bolds. With more than a decade each of clinical experience in hospitals and medical practices, they offer the reliable and professional home care services families need for convenience and health.

• Thorough reference checks with at least three previous employers.
• Criminal background checks
• Verification of certification with the board of nursing (when applicable) and checking with the board of nursing for complaints
• Initial skills verification through practical exam
• Initial knowledge verification through written testing
• Routine and unannounced check-ins with our clients to verify excellent and caring service.
• Continuing eduction for all aides, at least annually if not more often, throughout the rest of their careers.
